北京朗胜峰测控科技有限公司(英文名称Beijing LSF Measuring and Control Technology Co., Ltd, 简称LSF)，是具有独立法人、主要从事轮胎检测设备的开发、生产、销售、服务等集科工贸于一体的企业，公司成立于2011年，注册资金1000万。

公司立足“专、精、特、新”发展目标，专业从事轮胎检测设备的研发、生产及相应的技术服务，公司拥有核心专利10项、软件著作权2项，在产品和技术上具有完全的自主知识产权。公司是轮胎均匀性和动平衡相关国家标准的参编单位，可以满足客户对轮胎检测的各种标准化和个性化的需求。

公司在轮胎检测设备的开发、生产、应用等方面积累了丰富的经验，对轮胎均匀性检测技术进行了长期详细的调研分析，公司以精益求精的精神历时6年，于2014年成功研制出拥有自主知识产权的LSF-TU型在线式全自动充气式轮胎均匀性试验机，填补了国内空白，改变我国轮胎均匀性试验机完全依靠进口的局面。公司再接再厉，成功研制出LSF-TDB型在线式全自动充气式轮胎动平衡试验机、LSF-TG轮胎不圆度(点激光和线激光)测量系统等多系列、多品种、多规格的轮胎检测设备，正在投入批量生产。这些产品组成一体化轮胎检测解决方案，不断地被用户认可和被著名轮胎企业选用，包括中策橡胶集团有限公司、山东玲珑轮胎股份有限公司等。

轮胎均匀性试验机是技术含量很高的高精度、光机电一体化设备，涉及光学、机械、电子、自动控制、传感器、模拟/数字电路、计算机软硬件、数字信号处理、理论力学、数据库等多门学科，包含大量复杂的测量控制算法，在橡胶机械领域被誉为皇冠上的明珠，发达国家对其关键核心的测控系统软硬件均采用了加密手段长期实施技术封锁，无法借鉴其内部结构和算法，开发难度大，是我国轮胎行业内仅存的少数必须依赖进口的设备。

公司研制的首台轮胎均匀性试验机于2014年至今成功应用在中策橡胶集团有限公司，经受了长期实际工程应用的考验。实际工程应用验证了关键核心的均匀性解算算法及设备机械精度，经过M×N重复测量及数据对比，设备在测量精度、测量效率、安全性、稳定性等方面达到国际同类产品先进水平，使用维护方便，更加适合我国国情。

公司研制的首条全集成轮胎动平衡、均匀性和线激光不圆度检测线成功应用在中策橡胶集团有限公司，线激光不圆度测量系统突破了字符花纹滤除等数字图像识别及增强关键技术，轮胎外观细节和缺陷一目了然，轮胎三维色谱图分辨率及不圆度测量精度达到国际同类产品先进水平。

公司以中国电子科技集团公司先进制造技术为依托，以先进数字信息技术为手段，致力于推进轮胎检测技术不断发展，并实现高端检测装备自主可控，为我国轮胎制造业的产业升级服务。

About Us

Beijing LSF Measuring and Control Technology Co., Ltd. (LSF in short) is an independent legal entity and a joint stock enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and service (technology-engineering-trade) of tire measuring and testing machine. LSF was established in 2011 with registered capital of USD 1.5 million.

LSF is focused in development and production of tire measuring equipment, upgrading of used equipment (from home and abroad) as well as offering technical services. With 10 core patents and 2 software copyrights, LSF is proud of its independent intellectual property rights in both products and technology.

LSF accumulated rich experiences in tire measuring machine’s development, production and application. Through 6 years of research on tire uniformity technology, “LSF-TU online fully automatic tire evaluation center” with IIPR was developed in 2014, which filled the gap in China and completely changed the import-dependence situation.

Tire evaluation center is a high-tech, high precision and opto-mechatronic integrative machine, which involves a dozen of subjects, including optics, mechanics, electronics, automatic control, sensor,analog/digital circuit, computer software, digital signal processing, theoretical mechanics and database, etc. What’s more, a great deal of complicated measuring, control algorithm are applied too. That is why it is called “a Pearl on Crown” in rubber equipment field. Due to technology protection of key measuring and control system software in developed countries, no inner structure and algorithm is available for reference and its development difficulty is considerably huge. Therefore, tire evaluation center has been among a few import-dependent machines in tire industry.

The first evaluation center LSF developed has been applied by a leading tire enterprise in China and withstands long-time engineering application test. The actual engineering application tested and verified the core uniformity algorithm and computer measuring/control methods. Through MXN repeated measuring and data comparison, the equipment demonstrates advanced level among same kind of international products in measure accuracy, measure efficiency, safety, stability, technological adaptability and convenient maintenance. LSF has also developed and realized batch production of multi-series, types and specifications of tire measuring machines, including LSF-TDB online fully automatic tire dynamic balancer, etc.

LSF has always been engaged in continuous development of tire uniformity and dynamic balance measuring technology and its application promotion in tire industry depending on manufacturing technology of China Electronics Technology Group Co. and advanced digital information technology.
